KarTechnic is delighted to announce the launch of Bosch Car Service (BCS) Roadside Assistance in conjunction with Allianz Global Assistance, to give customers up to 12 months roadside assistance free of charge, depending on the vehicle’s next qualifying service.
As the first independent garage network in the UK to offer such a service, this new initiative serves as a further example of how BCS members offer a great value alternative to franchised dealers and provide consumers with real peace of mind.
Providing the vehicle is no more than ten years old, any privately owned car which is taken to a BCS centre for a Bosch Silver or Gold service will benefit from free roadside assistance, available for 12 months from the date of having the vehicle serviced. This covers electrical and mechanical faults, fueling issues, battery problems, lost or stolen keys and even vandalism.
“We are constantly thinking of new ways to improve the level of support to our BCS customers and this fantastic programme will help the consumer reduce the cost of motoring.” said Rhian Kendall, Bosch Car Service Concept Manager.
KarTechnic is part of a national network of independent garages, comprising of 500 members in the UK and Ireland, providing motorists with a high quality and technically competent alternative to main dealer car servicing and repair, for all vehicle makes and models. All Bosch Car Service garages work to a Code of Practice approved by the Trading Standards Institute.
